Hello, everyone! Finally got back into the sewing room after a month's hiatus! My daughter had a month long Christmas break and I did not want to miss spending time with her so I ended up not sewing a stitch. I just finished up my
Schnibbles quilt top for January, Madeline. Kind of reminds me of Peach Sorbet, but then again I have food on the brain these days as I am trying to lose about five pounds put on this summer in Russia.
All the fabric is from my stash, a goal I hope to stick to this year. I just love that peachy-pink and how it turned out.
Here's another look during a brief interlude of sun, we've had such lousy weather this winter.
My favorite block with that luscious paisley that can't decide if it's a peach or a yellow. I think this was my favorite Schnibbles pattern so far although I could have done without all the errata.

Thought I'd share a picture of my amaryllis, I picked up the bulb at Target right before Thanksgiving and it finally bloomed, two stalks each with four flowers.
